Disclaimer: MONTHLY RATES DO NOT INCLUDE ELECTRICITY. Rates are based on 2 occupants. $2 per day is charged for each additional Occupant. Maximum of 3 Occupants per site for monthly guests. An approved background and credit check is required for all guests 18+. The fee for the background and credit check is $20 per guest.
*All Guests, including guests without pets, must pre-register with PooPrints prior to arrival. Guests with dogs must come into the front office to cheek swab them and the fee is $50 per dog.

Cancellation Policy:
ALL SCHEDULED STAYS MUST BE CANCELLED 30 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL DATE or all deposits become non-refundable. There is a $25.00 processing fee on all cancellations.
